A celebration of Joe's life will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017. The service will be at 2:00 PM at the University of Saint Thomas, Jones Hall, 3910 Yoakum Blvd. (corner of Yoakum and Sul Ross, near the UST Chapel), Houston, TX 77006. The "After Party" will follow from 3:45 to 7:00 PM at The Mucky Duck, 2425 Norfolk, 77098.
