Anita R. Roth

Anita Rosalia Martinez Roth, 86, passed away on Thursday, the 9th of June 2022, surrounded by her family. 

She is survived by her children: Laura Claghorn and husband Bill Lewis, Denise Crabtree and husband David, Sonya Morrison and her husband Gregg, David Roth and wife Julie, Doug Roth and wife Becky, and Heather Kincaid and husband David. Anita is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sister Minerva Soto, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Her impact and influence reaches far beyond her family. A teacher first, a principal in later years and a friend always, Anita championed, encouraged and celebrated the people around her.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 in the morning on Friday, July 8, 2022 in the chapel of Bradshaw Carter, 1734 W. Alabama Street Houston, TX 77098. She will be laid to rest beside the love of her life, her husband Bert Roth, at Veterans Memorial.
