Gibbs Macdaniel III, born May 9, 1961, died unexpectedly at the age of 56 on Friday, July 28, 2017.  He was loved exquisitely by his family.  Gibbs is survived by his parents, Gibbs and Nan Macdaniel, Jr., his sister, brother-in-law, and nephews Shelley, James, Henry & Wyatt Quillin.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at three o’clock in the afternoon in the Chapel at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 3471 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas  77027.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in memory of Gibbs Macdaniel III to “St Lukes UMC” for the PureSound Scholarship Fund”.
